Costa Brava

The Costa Brava is the name given to the coastal region of Catalonia that begins at the mouth of the river La Tordera in Blanes, and ends at the French border at Portbou. It has an area of 214 km. The Catalan regions of Alt Empordà, Lower Empordà and La Selva.  Situated in the province of Gerona, belonging to the Autonomous Community of Catalonia in Spain.
